Post-surgery recovery house in São Paulo, with 24-hour nursing
The first days after surgery call for rest, monitoring and the right setting — especially when you are far from home. The Carecierge Recovery House offers assisted post-surgical accommodation in São Paulo for patients undergoing major or combined procedures who need support in the days following hospital discharge.

No. Carecierge is a medical concierge and coordination service. We connect you to certified specialists and handle the logistics of your journey, but all medical decisions remain yours and your chosen physician’s.
Yes, when properly coordinated. Every surgeon in our network holds specialist registration (RQE in Brazil, the equivalent of board certification) and is reviewed against published criteria before joining — you can read those criteria on this page.
Yes. We coordinate complete obstetric care for international expectant mothers — from selecting the medical team through delivery — with a multilingual team and support throughout your stay in São Paulo.
It depends on the procedure. Plastic surgery usually requires 10 to 21 days; dental treatments, 5 to 15. Maternity, orthopedic and combined procedures generally call for a longer stay. We advise individually after the screening.
It depends on what your case requires. For major or combined procedures there is the Carecierge Recovery House — assisted post-surgical accommodation with a private suite, 24-hour nursing care and meals arranged according to nutritional guidance. We also work with partner hotels in strategic locations and fully equipped serviced flats, selected according to the procedure and length of stay.
Yes. This is the case for many of our patients, who travel from another city or country. At the Recovery House a nursing team is present day and night during the first post-operative days. If you prefer a different type of accommodation, such as a partner hotel or serviced flat, we arrange the care team on site according to your post-operative needs.
The coordination fee is quoted individually, according to the complexity of each case. Medical procedure costs are separate and negotiated directly with the provider. We list what the coordination fee covers and what it does not.
